sushi using spaghetti squash

If it's going to be wrapped up in a sheet of nori, you might also consider
shiritake noodles (or slice your own chunks from a brick.)

The Squash will probably be tastier. :-)

Depending on the restaurant, I prefer sashimi, just because it's a couple
more pieces of fish for the same money. :-)
