  1. Hey there,

    I asked for the diet that was offered to 50 people and recieved my copy. It
    it interesting and I'm defintately going to follow the guidelines. It seems
    more do-able for someone like me who has had a hard time with Atkins. It is
    not nearly as restrictive a WOE as other LC plans. She bases her plan on
    lower carb, adequate protein and low in saturated and trans-fats.Calories
    are important as well. Of course this is just a brief descritpion of a 73
    page document. It is definately not a scam. I'll post my menus as I go and
    let people know how its going.

  2. Thanks for the data. I was curious. About the only thing new for a
    doctors' diet here is the avoidance of transfats.

    Which carbs were you unable to give up?
