How did you insert your photos in a USENET post?

It's a webtv-er, most of them have no idea what Usenet is. They included
the picture by using HTML. Your response was also in HTML, you can keep
this from happening again by going to Tools, Options, Send and uncheck Reply

I followed your suggest with the option change.
I have tried to create an HTML post with a picture in it, but the post
doesn't seem to propagate. Maybe my ISP is blocking outgoing messages that
contain JPGs or GIFs.How did he get a picture into his post and have it actually post?

Some servers block HTML posts coming in, others don't. I don't know if they
are treated differently when they come in by propagation from when they are
directly posted. Web TV is set up to handle HTML so maybe the propagation
