  1. Hi, I was here about six months ago and this was a great avenue for support.
    Well, I gave up on the news group and lost the support... thus stopping the
    lowcarb lifestyle.

    Well, I am back. Starting frest today... began the day with a lowcarb bowl
    from Hardees... with a diet pepsi.

    Not sure whats on the menu for lunch, I'll play it by ear.. but no more
    breads and pastas for me.

    Whats really bad is I did lose almost 20lbs doing this a few months back..
    then gradually I forgot that bread was bad (not really, but it is for me)..
    then to top that off I quite smoking... and oh boy did I want a donut... so
    I had one.

    Sorry for making this so long.. just here again for the support this group
    is so good at giving. I'll check my current weight shortly.. need to put
    new batteries in the scale (I'm scared lol)
