  1. I don't eat a lot of eggs, but I always have a hard time peeling them when
    I do. The Eggstractor actually looked like a good idea to me, but I just
    never got around to ordering one. Now, thanks to your wonderful post I can
    save my money. :-)
    Could you please post your "miracle of running tap water" technique for me,
    though?

  2. Oo! Oo! Let me! Just peel the eggs under running tap water. It makes it
    much easier. I usually get the shell off all in two or three big pieces.

    i always do that but often it is a mess anyway.
