Dunno, depends on the insect. Was it the kind that eat sweet things?
I don't think it's enough to knock you out of ketosis, but you might
want to keep record of it in case you stall ;-)

Their shells are made of chiton, which counts as a fiber. After
fiber deduction, it may even end up negative. ;^)
