I have recipes for Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry, Beef Burgundy, and Beef
Stroganoff. Would you like me to post any or all of them?

  5. Ian...

    diced steak is minced right?

That is the equal to hamburger or chopped beef here in the states.

The stirfry, burgandy and stroganoff wouldn't really work.

But you could pan fry it up with some garlic and onions and peppers.
Add a half cup of a low carb tomato sauce... and then mix in a cup of
    shredded mozzarella cheese.

Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350F (sorry don't know the
celsius) for about 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

    Sort of a lasagne feel.

Oh, okay. I'll try to come up with some hamburger recipes. Meatballs or
    meatloaf maybe?

Diced usually means chopped into chunks. When I dice steak, it's
about 1/2 inch cubes (about the size of small gaming dice). Mince in
the UK (and Oz, NZ and such like) is the equivalent of ground meat.
