Oh, I dunno. I reward myself with food sometimes. On special occasions I
will splurge on lobster tails or a good steak. Or sometimes both if I've
    been especially awesome.

Food should not be condidered a reward. Food is for nourishment.

Bu then, Luna did eat low carb, if it was in her daily carb allowance, then why
    not?

Could be that these food items are more costly. Eating them is a reward.

  2. I reward myself with treats for my senses. New perfume or bubble bath for
my sense of smell, a good cd for my hearing, a good movie for my sight and
hearing, a spa pedicure or manicure for my sense of touch, or something
yummy for my tastebuds. I don't see any of these choices as being bad for
me, just bad for my budget if I do them too often. Hence the term "rare
    treat."

Do you reward your car with premium gasoline for good performance?

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

Cars have no senses and they aren't trying to keep their
weight under control. I also occasionally reward myself
    with a good steak, something I don't normally buy. I don't
always reward myself with food, but when I do, it's a darn
good one and it fits in my WOE.

  5. No, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at Russian Caviar either.
