  1. Hi All,
I have been working now for several months and very busy. This is the reason
I have not posted in so long. Believe it or not, I manage a restaurant, I do
all the cooking, cleaning, waitressing and washing dishes. I am the ONLY one
there; at least; until business picks up, if it ever does.
I have lost 64 pounds and this is the FIRST time, in my yo-yo dieting
syndrome, that I have actually kept the weight off for 7 months--ONE DAY AT
    A TIME!
This is NOT easy for me but I try so hard to just through each day
    maintaining my WOE.
If I had not lost the weight (again and again and again ETC) I know I would
never be working to help pay off my brand new Pick Up Truck I bought 3
    months ago.
I still have NOT had my trigger foods which are Italian Bread (home-made of
course) and pasta, cookies or cake. Even low carb-these foods will start
something I cannot stop. I have been there, and done that, and for me, it
doesn't work. I must abstain entirely from my personal trigger foods.
I have not had any of those things now in OVER A YEAR! I am ok with it for
today. I don't plan on having any of them tonight either. Tomorrow, will
take care of itself. I pray for strength to keep going--ONE DAY AT A TIME!
    Thanks for listening.

I'm exhausted just READING about it!
