  1. Can anybody tell me how to pump up Mazzoci front forks without buying $80 special pump? Or are there
    cheap pumps on the market?

  2. The pressure required in the newer types is is quite low (only abt 30-50psi), so any bike pump with
    a screw-on schrader hose should be able to manage it. (Press-on and clamp-on types won't fit the
    Marzocchi set-up.) The problem is that the pressure needs to be set accurately, so a good pressure
    gauge is highly desirable, and there will be lots of air loss (and pressure change) when you
    unscrew the hose.

    Best to get a proper shock pump; preferably one with a smart fitting to control the air loss
    problem, and one with a gauge that can be read accurately at LOW pressures). Not cheap.

    Or else just make friends with your LBS.
