  1. I discovered that if I run five miles a day for 5 or 6 days straight
then take one or two days to do not much than lay in bed the next day
I run I'm like a super runner. I've tried the off days by doing the
usual daily stuff but nothing is as good as almost pure bed rest. No
going to the store, no driving, no going for a walk or bike ride, no
housework. Just laying in bed or sitting at the computer. Has anyone
    else discovered this?

My theory is that the body fitness begins to rapidly deteriorate with
bed rest however it deteriorates from a state of high fitness. If the
fitness level doesn't drop below a certain point you become a super
    runner.

Yes, that 569lb guy who they had to bust out a wall to take him to the Dr, that
    guy did.

Funny. But that guy did not run 5 miles 6 days a week. He so so unfit
that he probably had just enough oxygen processing capability (the
    determination of fitness)just to exist.

Correct. He ran 7 miles 7 days a week.
