You can buy replacement bladders. As Doug mentioned, Having epoxy
inside you is something best suited to smokers 😉

I do that with condoms too, and when they tear after 8 or 9 uses, you can mend
them with crazy glue, and get 2 or 3 more usages out of them.

You might try one of the new cyanopoxies, like:

www.sinbadglue.com/

It's actually medical glue - used for stitchless healing of incisions
so there should be no worry about contamination.

It is pricey, though.

My understanding is that cyanoacrylates were developed initially as
surgical glues. I've used them myself during surgery, in mice.

Any kind of rubber adhesive should do the trick. Try looking up
Shoo-goo or liquasole. If I remember correctly you're in GB so you may
have to find British versions of the American products.

I use liquasole to patch my hiking air mattress.
