Timex - turn beep off?

Are you talking about a beep every time you press a button? I have the
Ironman 100 lap and it has a feature when you set the time (hold down the
set/recall button) then scroll through the settings using the next button
until the display shows "Button Beep." Use the start/lap key to toggle this
feature on and off.

Is there something like a good manual somewhere out there in the web?
In the sheet of paper I got, there's not even a description as to how
to switch time zones - had to figure it out by trial&error...
