It's a common (but undocumented) problem with GPS units. What you need to
do is glue your GPS unit to the *belt* of your treadmill as it's the belt
that's moving rather than you.

I upgraded to V3.4 of the firmware and it worked for me. I can now run
around the world without leaving the friendly confines of my driveway.

LSD will do the same thing. That's D-lysergic acid, not Long Slow Distance. If
in doubt I will refer you to the tune that says "take a trip without ever
leaving the farm", and if it's in that song you know it must be true.

You obviously have not re-calibrated the uplink to the GPS satellite network
to
synchronise with the belt on your treadmill. DoD provide a satellite patch
and
required telemetry devices, which will provide the necessary dynamic offset
to the download codes to your GPS unit, but you may not have the necessary
clearance to do this.

I suggest you contact Mr D Rumsfeld in Washington (DC, not State - just ask
for
the hard-ass with twitching jaw muscles) for the required authorisation.
Just say
it's a matter of significant electoral importance, and that the password is
"ssa_ruoy_revoc". I'm sure he'll deal with you appropriately.

There is a minor side-effect that all other GPS units will appear to be
moving
contrary to your training efforts. But that's a small price to pay...
