Guy,
if you're going to start a helmet war here
http://www.freewheelingforum.com/index.php?topic=35.0 , would you mind
hanging around long enough to finish it off?

It was irony dammit!
Anyway, we were away for the w/e at Southampton at the Britsh Horn
Society weekend, which was absolutely brilliant. Michael joined in a
group of 80 horns playing the Hallelujah Chorus. I haven't checked
with SWMBO yet, but I strongly suspect that the maternal wossnames
were heaving with pride.

Well I hope he was wearing his helmet - don't want a horn hitting him
on the head.

I've been strongly considering giving Guy his own board and water cooler.

Please don't. I don't really "do" web forums, I only went along to
show solidarity. And I only posted the "generic helmet war post" for
ironic purposes, forgetting that Liddites have no sense of humour.
