Let me start off saying that I have already downloaded and installed all of the new software.
When I try to download data to HACtronic I often can't get the computer to recognise that the cyclocomputer is trying to upload data. What have can I do to fix this problem?

Ok - what data are you trying to 'download' to the hac4? I don't think you can have your computer send data to the hac4 - it is one way. You connect the hac4 to your pc and the hac4 sends ride info to the pc. Also, which program are you using?

I am not trying to load data onto the cyclocomputer, I am trying to load ride information onto my computer from the HAC4. I am using HACtronic. I have been wondering if there is a short in the cable but haven't had the time lately to check that out.
