  1. Guys, do you think that I'm being anally retentive by thinking that the following housem8 behaviour is not acceptable:

    1) Two girls, singing, laughing, shouting in their room (next to mine) at midnight, midweek.
    2) Getting up at 4am to pack bags (outside my door), midweek.
    3) Eating my food items without replacing them.
    4) Hanging washing on the line and not removing them for weeks at a time, thus preventing others from drying clothes.
    5) Suggesting we split all our garbage for re-cycling, then mixing plastics and metals.
    6) Burning stuff on pans and leaving for holidays.

The list goes on and on.

I can't decide if it's because I'm English and hence a little AR about thse things, or it's her... what do you think...

PS In balance, and after addressing it with her, I have taken to a revenge tactic of waking her early (loud use of HiFi, juicing carrots) when I'd normally not - post late night shouting sessions....

Ssushi (yawn, after a 4am start to the day)

  2. Ohh yes, and playing the guitar in your ear while you attempt to watch the TV... 😠

  3. I think those things are unacceptable but I'm a little AR also 🙂

  4. Sounds pretty annoying to me.

  5. If the laughing girls were in my room later- I might forgive it. I play the accordion, and I am sometimes prone to playing punk covers on it- haven't had room mates in years because of it...
The last one I had was in college, he'd wake every day and go to the john, and [censored] all over the floor. After I couldn't take it anymore, I began to wipe it up later with his pillow- he got wise to me and moved out...but that was simply the most disguisting person I have ever lived with
