Yeah, I recently got a fork off, the measurments are supposedly right, however, the steerer tube dosent fit in the head tube perfectly... Im pretty sure this is normal but Im not sure, Just wondering if anyone can tell me how tight the steerer tube is supposed to fit. thanks all!

umm.. well its not sposed to be tight or anything, just so that the size of the bearing cone that will go on it matches the bearings and the cup that is pressed into the frame
