  1. Is it possible to upload total miles to a polar from the computer? I have a polar 725 that was replaced (due to stuck start button) and need to update the miles I have ridden on my Trek 1800c.

    Thanks, George

  2. I found under the tools menu and selecting connection there is a bikes tab with an odometer button. I have tried putting my mileage I want to upload to the watch but it never transfers. Anybody have any ideas?

  3. I wrote to Polar and got my answer. Turns out you need to do a reset of the watch! Here is their response:
"After you have modified the Odometer value and transferred it to S725, you need to reset the S725:

Press the reset button with e.g. pen tip (recessed button between the left buttons). The display becomes full of digits. Press the red button to enter time of day display. Set the correct time and date. (press up button and repeat pressing until OPTIONS is displayed. Press the red button to enter OPTIONS-Mode. Press the Up button until Watch set is displayed. Press the red button. set the alarm if necessary or proceed with up button. Time 1 is displayed. Press the red button and edit the time. After editing the time proceed with up button. Date is displayed. Press the red button and set the correct date) Check from FILE-Records, that the odometer has now been updated."

    Thank you for choosing Polar.
