There are some photos of Sven Vanthourenhout on www.cyclingnews.com in the early season races.

I've also seen a few photos but nothing up close. Since I haven't seen a cross specific frame from TIME, I was just wondering if it was their bike or another frame "dressed-up" to look like a TIME.

Custom-made for him. Limited retail market for such bikes, imo.
