Does any one have any idea how long a 12v,7Ah lead acid battery will run a 12v,50w halogen light. or does any one know an equation to work it out 😕 😕 😕

About an hour and a half. 7AH means that the battery will provide 7 amps for 1 hour, 1 amp for 7 hours and so on.
A 50 watt lamp uses 4.16 amps (50 watts/12 volts=4.16). 7AH/4.16 amps = 1.68 hours.

Close enough. It will last a bit longer with decreasing output because the voltage isn't constant and decreases as the charge is consumed. Thiis lowers the current, increasing the run time.
I had a similar setup and got nearly two hours of run time.
