  1. Can someone tell me how to size knee warmers? When I look at the sizing charts for Pearl Izumi or at Perfomarnce.com it does not give a sizing chart for knee warmers. Any ideas?
If anyone knows how to size legs warmers please pass that along too.

    Thank you!

  2. My guess would be that they should follow about the same size as riding pants.

  3. Try them on too...different brands have a different fit.

yes, try them on. I'm 6'-1" and 163 lbs, not particularly big legs. I have the large pi knee warmers, and they're more like leg warmers. only about 4 to 5 inches of exposed leg between the warmers and regular cycling socks.

  5. Understand that a LARGE is really more of a LONG. I got some large ones (since that is my short size, 195lbs, 5'10"😉 and they really are a bit too long, but for the closeout price I won't complain.

Thank you for your advice and info! 🙂

I'm actually not a fan of them anyway. They actually start to bug my knees after an hour or so. I can ony guess that it's the ever-so-slight tension they place on my kneecaps. It's not my imagination, either, as I usually forget I'm wearing them, and then as the ride progresses I get a nagging ache. Then I look down and remember...

Maybe full leg warmers would be better. I dunno.

  8. It is true the size of a knee warmer is related to it's lenghts....and so are leg warmers...for instance while i was in europe i bought large leg warmers and i swear if i was 6 foot 5 they would still fit (i'm 6'1 with verry long legs)....the best is to try them out but if you cant...best of luck
