I'm pretty sure my CycliStats software ( http://www.CycliStats.com ) can
handle both of those formats.

Unlike PC Coach, you can download a free, fully functional 30-day trial
version to see if the program meets your needs. Plus, it's a lot easier to
use (IMPO), and costs less.

Note: it's not immediately obvious, but CycliStats allows you to "drag and
drop" your HRM files to import them. Just drop the HRM file on the
CycliStats Calendar, or the Rides list and the import will automatically
start.
