  1. I'm making up a batch of C4P and need
some of that 100% whey protein gear.

DRS, you'd know about this right?

Where's the cheapest place to get it?
    Online or "Health Food" stores?

    I'm think a 1kg carton would suffice..

I know all about it. Tell me more about what you want it for. Do you need
WPC, WPI, hydrolyzed, flavoured or unflavoured?

The price per kilo is cheapest online but then you have to add postage so
for small quantities retail might work out cheapest. The best Australian
online source of pure whey protein is www.myopure.com.au. For example,
their WPC is only $26kg and it's from NZ so it's better than the local [censored].
The cheapest retail outlet for brand name stuff I've found is "Health for
U", 320 Chapel St, Prahran (just a little south of the Hungry Jacks on the
corner of Commercial Road). That's the one run by the Indian bloke, don't
get it confused with the health food store at Prahran Market just around the
corner on Commercial Road, that's for bunnies with more money than sense.

was getting wpc at $50 for 2 kg at my old gym, you wanting flavored or plain? cheep stuff has bad bad flavor.
Most heath food stores have REDBACK aussie made stuff (go unflavored and mix in your own they havent got down the flavoring too well) its cheep for the wpc and complete protein(wpc and soy)

Redback is overpriced repackaged Chinese rubbish. The only really good
Australian brand is Max's and you pay through the nose for their stuff.

Yeah, but I don't know what that means. I just
want protein (god knows what sort) to mix up

WPC looks more expensive than WPI.
