My wheels from Ribble are fine and were delivered promptly. BUT - if you want
anything slightly out of the norm on your order - write it in LARGE LETTERS, in
triplicate, in blood and follow it up with fax and phonecall. They can miss
what you've actually ordered and supply what they think you've ordered :-)

I have Open Pro rims with Centaur hubs from Ribble and they are bomb proof.
