iv`e only just started cycling and was just wondering wat is the best type of underwear to wear under your bike shorts. is it better to ride with normal one`s or a g string. wat is the best to do.

Most people don't wear anything under bike shorts. Kind of defeats the purpose of the shorts, sort of like trying to wear underwear with a bathing suit.
Now a shirt is different. Some folks like an undershirt, some don't. I don't, but that's just me.🙂
