As the taps are threaded inward, they force the facing cutters into position.
That is why there are four handles, that is two pairs of handles on each side.
The tap is the feed for the facer.

It might require a bit more touch than a dedicated set, but it is compact. If
it comes in a box, good. If it comes in a cheap vinyl pouch, that won't last.
