I have contacted Master Lock 4 times concerning their circular U-Locks similar to Kryptos since I was able to open one I purchased at Sears in 20 sec with a Bic Pen. All they do is send me emails saying "Master Lock does not have a problem with their locks" I cannot believe they will not even acknowledge that they have a problem with some locks. Other forums have also reported this problem. It is model Number 8118DPF purchased at Sears. I will never buy another Master Lock of any type since they are so irresponsible to the consumers concern and only thinking of themselves and the potentially neg media response!
