OK guys, ive not used my Z1's for about 3 years. Replace the oil, or
will they be fine? I had only just stripped, rebuilt and re-oiled
wheni stopped using them.

yep, change your oil and check your seals. All should be well after that!

Ok, thought that would be the answer, i was just hoping someone would say
dont bother, seeing as i have the turbo to swap on my car as well, enough of
a job in itself.

I would just ride it as is. If you spring a gusher, then you'll know
better.
