all my bike clothes are hung over my computer & monitor drying out for the (wet? )trip home. Anybody got any better idea's for drying clothes??
I bought a small (4 bar) column heater, which I keep in my office. It doesn't do much to heat the office, but is just the ticket for getting the wet cycling gear dry. Cost about $80, from Myer.
As for backpacks, I just keep a set of clothes in a garbage bag in my backpack if it's raining, so they stay dry on the trip to work when it's raining.
Has anyone got any suggestions of available rainproof backpacks for cycling. Particularly any available in the Brisbane region.

A cheaper alternative is to pack your stuff in plastic bags - works perfectly in anything up to dunking the backpack and costs almost nothing. No worn seams to worry about, pack everything in a 'modular 'way

Why do you need this, we live in Brisbane, not Melbourne. Although when I got off the plane from Cairns last week, I thought it was Melbourne. Miserable wet. Not good for training.
