i am looking at purchasing a second hand dics but it has an 8 speed cassette and i need it to work on 10 speed dura ace.
does anyone know if this is possible on this wheel?

Be very careful with this as I have been caught before.
If the hub takes a CASSETTE not a CLUSTER - then you are probably OK. But - there is a very big difference between the two and one will not work and the other might.
A Cluster is a screw on gear pyramid that "screws on' to the hub. The cassette slides on in pieces like your DA 10 speed.
Make sure you ask before you buy whether the hub is a cluster or cassette.
