Tires are nearly new, no noticeable wear, no nicks or cuts. Used for
3 crits, two road races, and two omniums on the track.
Yes, you read it right: two omniums on the track. I used a
hub-converter to turn the Ultegra hub into a fixed gear hub for two
days on the track. The reason I initially bought these wheels was to
allow for just that sort of flexibility - built for stiffness instead
of ultimate light weight, and w/ a rear hub that I could convert to
fixed gear when I wanted to.
These wheels are especially nice for a larger rider, as they are very
stiff due to the spoke count.
