    12 ounces beef
    5 potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Talespoons butter
    1 carrot, peeled, chopped
    1 teaspoon chopped parsley
    1 celery rib, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 Tablespoon sour cream
    1 Tablespoon chopped green dill
    1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
    Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

    Fry potatoes in butter until light golden. Fry onions in butter until
    golden. Fry carrots in butter. Cube beef and fry in butter until light
    brown. In a ceramic pot, put beef, potatoes, onion, carrot, celery,
    teaspoon parsley, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little
    broth over the top. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees (Fahr) for 30 minutes.
    10 minutes before serving, add sour cream and sprinkle with dill and
    parsley. Serve Zharkoye with salad made from fresh vegetables, pickles,
    sauerkraut and greens.
