I am shocked. The SO took the day off. A very unusual situation. He has chopped down and removed the stump of my red bud tree that was mangled by a pin oak that fell. He also is making a pot roast (made with chuck roast) slow cooked. I think that's about all he's capable of so I'm going to do some boxed mashed (too tired to go to the store for fresh potatoes) and frozen peas. I *will* make gravy, as God is my witness there will be decent gravy on the table tonight.
