That is a GREAT suggestion, Have the "momento" or emblem or whatever
designed with the two slots - much like various hookups of computers,
run the zip tie through, tighten and clip the excess.
This would also allow moderately easy changing of the "momento" to a
new or different bike.
I cut slots in the sides of plastic skull rings offered as Halloween
favours.
They're those cheap plastic rings with a band that's designed to split
so it fits a range of small finger sizes. I slice off the bands and
cut small slots to take the zip-tie.
A molded plastic memento, styled like a classic head badge, might look
cool.
