wow Birdman...those mountains are stunning. We dont have mountains of that elevation here the ones in my picture arent the highest in Scotland, they are 3000ft (ish) You can climb up to the summit and back down in 6 hours if you are reasonably fit.
You'll have to go to continental Europe to get mountains in the 12,000 range..

I have family in Limerick (very distant cousins), i dont know if it is Limerick city or just the surrounding county.
Used the digital yesterday and took two photos. Photos were 486kbs each - Tried loading them as an attachment and got a message that the files (photos) were too big to be attached !

Thanks lim..However, it is short lived...once my new place is completed I have to start all over again and a much bigger yard to maintain....I'll post a pic of the new property but it is not much to look at...yet. So, is that pic you posted is from your office or home?..I guess I pictured you working within a city environment...

Wow. I would love to live on a lake. It would be ridiculously expensive to live on one of the two lakes in Utah. (That was an exaggeration but not by much! Not too many lakes here or trees.)
They do have a lot of prisoners to keep it looking nice.

It is a nice area but unfortunately it is not a secrect and about 11 million tourists a year come through here so the trafiic is a little aggravating at times. I do live away from the city but have to go through the traffic on my way to work.

TVA ,"The Tennessee Valley Authority for those that are not familiar" built several dams throughout the South during the late 30's as part of Rossevelts "New Deal Project". They provided power for new industry at that time and more recently recreation, but yes it was our dream to build a place on the lake, which we did a little over 4 years ago.
