    about 220watts for 21mph. i'm 6'2" 175lbs

    My HAC4 must be jacked; I'm 6'1 215 (240 w/bike+gear, all entered into the comp) and I'm around 100!!!

    the HAC4 only estimates power and is very inaccurate, especially if there is wind.

    It's virtually impossible to estimate power with out some kind of tension measurement (at the cranks, hub, chain ect.) on flats. Also, Avg Power on a flat can be anywhere in that range depending on how fast and direction the windblows as well as how baggy your clothing is.

    Most power estimates come from a physics equation that equates work done to change in change in potential energy(equation using your weight and change in altitued) and then divides that by the time it takes you to achieve the change to get you a power output. Like he said, doesn't work well on a flat since all the work being done is to overcome the wind resistance, which would only be detectable by something that detects tension in yoru chain, wheel, or crank.
