    A while ago the was a thread about who the youngest pro WC Cycling was. Most of the people agreed
    that was Lance Armstrong. This is incorrect. These are the youngest WC's ever:

    1. Karel Kaers BEL (Leipzig, 1934): 20 year, 76 days
    2. J.P. "Jempi" Monseré BEL (Leicester, 1970): 21y, 342d
    3. L. Armstrong USA (Oslo, 1993): 21y, 345d
    4. G. LeMond USA (Alternhein, 1983): 22y, 70d
    5. E. Merckx BEL (Heerlen, 1967): 22y, 78d
    6. G. Ronsse BEL (Budapest, 1928): 22y, 155d
    7. B. Beheyt BEL (Ronse, 1963): 22y, 318d
