I enquired of the CTC the dates of next years York Rally as we usually
book accommodation year on year.
If it helps anyone,this is the reply I received.
"The show weekend has stayed at it's current weekend for several years
and it could be expected to be on the equivalent weekend in 2008.
However, we have been discussing moving a week later to get the show out
of Bike Week.
Also to consider in 2008 are the dates for the Euro 2008 games if
England get through (yes, we all have to become football fanatics again
- for a few days - sigh !!!!)
I suspect that a decision will not be finally made until after the 2nd
YCS committee meeting in November."
