Is that what's in vogue with that fish now? It always used to be WHITE.

Every supermarket here (San Diego) tells a different story. At one I was told that "talapia" was
orange roughy. At another, it was in the same case with another fish labeled "orange roughy". They
have only been advertising this fish here for about the last year--supermarkets are about to start
their FIFTH month of their strike. However, the supermarket management is doing a great job of
supplying just about everything--good for them.
