  1. Finally started riding about three weeks ago! The physical therapist wants me to ride at least three times a week to help "retrain" my vestibular system. The best PT exercize yet!

(A viral infection attacked and destroyed the vestibular system on the right side of the brain-I could barely walk without falling 2 months ago-I am SOOO GLAD it is not MS. Although MS Research helped develop some of the diagnostic tools that were used!)

YAY YAY YAY YAY!!!! I am sooo HAPPY to be riding again!

  3. wow! that's inpiring. Ride and enjoy it! 🙂

  4. thanks mingcat and brunswick Kate. It has been great. If you ride, or know someone who, is riding in an MS bike fundraiser. Send them my best...it is MS research that developed some of the diagnostic tools that helped me out.
