My head is well, lets just say if I were to use all of it I could probably rule the world. I have chosen not to do so but that leaves me with the problem of finding a bicycle helmet that fits my melon my hat size is 8 1/8 after a haircut. Any one with information that would be helpful will be apreciated.

Well, I wear an 8. The only helmets I've been able to find are the Bell Kinghead and the Giro Atlas. I've got the Atlas (~$35). With the headband expanded fully, it's a snug but not uncomfortable fit.

Thanks I have heard of the Bell Kinghead but I was disapointed that it only came in white I will check out the Giro Atlas I don't think I've seen that before.
