I was wondering if someone might know which XTR rear derailler I need to buy that will be compatable with my XT shifters. I have heard that the M960 is only compatable with the new XTR shift pods. I have a four year old M951 on my bike now which is getting loose and I am a big fan of the rapid rise style derailler. The M953 is also rapid rise so I am confused on which one I need. thanks,Neil Kinsley
