If you read the story on my web site you will note that one locked gate has been opened for the public to cross the River Etive but another three locked gates required to be climbed including one around 6 feet high. This one may be illegal under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 as it doesn't. in my opinion, conform to reasonable access.
