  1. Hi,

I've just got a second hand bike with an xlite stem on it. This attaches to the saddle using a
"click-on" bracket. I would like to change the saddle (for a brooks saddle) but I can't seem to
understand how I can remove the existing saddle from this click-on bracket.

If anyone has got one of these and knows how they work, I would appreciate some advice.

    Thanks,

    Nigel

You've got a stem attached to your saddle? How odd.

If you want to take a saddle off a Clikon seatpost, you need to push the part of the clamp that lies
above the saddle rails inwards, allowing you to lift the old saddle off the top of the post.
