Well, guess what?!?! The debunkers are exactly the same. If you do not do the scientific way
***exclusively***, then you are anti-science and worthy of all manner of attacks.

Then there are those who choose not to understand science, and thus do not understand how it differs
from religion. The conflict here is between those who think that the questions alt.med testimonial
and anecdote raise can be answered by the right kind of observation and testing, and those who think
(religion-like) that they already have sure answers without going to all the bother.

It is not clear why the latter should find contrary opinion so upsetting. Certainly this kind of
complaint never proved any alternative valid, as most people do see the need to rule out all the
possible mistaken impressions that give false impressions about the usefulness of medical
treatments. Medical history is full of it.
