  1. My commute bike's X7 trigger shifter (for the rear derailleur) has mysteriously "shifted" (sorry about that) its indicator so that it is now showing one gear too low. E.g. when I'm actually in 9th gear, the indicator is on position 8. This happened within the past couple of days without any noticeable trauma. The shifter still works just fine and shifts easily through all gears. Any suggestions on a simple way to fix it? Or should I just live with it until the next time I replace the cables?

    TIA,

    ST
