I have noticed that the preload control on my X-vert supers has jammed......🙁 It will turn very slightly one way and then stop, and then will go back. That's all the adjustment I have. It used to work I know that because I have used it, but now it doesnt 😕 Has anyone else come across this problem and is there anything I can do to stop it other than taking it into my local service centre? What could be wrong that I could fix?
