    I have one XT, need another, if perhaps you have one spare. this is
    the brushed alumnimun XT from about 1994 see pictures at this page:

    i would also entertain buying a complete set of black, used LX's if you
    have those lying around, those worked well too. i'm running these with
    Dia-Compe 287 canti/tandem levers, and froglegs in-line Runkel 'cross
    levers.... old touring Specialized Expedition, hoping to ride from
    Boston to Montreal, soon. Sweet.
