  1. Tour coming up and one of my frog pedals is a bit loosey... probably
    will be fine, but am looking for some backup Speedplay Frogs

    Got a pair that is gathering dust in the parts bin?

    let me know

    thru gmail or e-mail me at: msuartev at TDS dot Net

  2. If the body seems loose or wobbly on the pedal shaft, it's probably one of
    the bearings giving out. I've replaced them in a couple of sets of mine and
    it really has helped tighten them back up. Your speedplay dealer will have
    the bearings or you can find them at a bearing supply house. There are two
    bearigs in each pedal, the bearing numbers are r4z and hk1010.
